It might be fuel vapour rather than air in the system. You'll soon know if its leaking!

throttle body is working correctly and responding to the throttle, thankfully so that one is all ok. just still not getting fuel out of the injectors.

Beginning to sound like the fuel pump might be fuggered and not pressurising the fuel rail. Won't be the first pump to have given up when confronted with the SC conversion after a decade of the easy life.

there is fuel in the rail and the pump is pushing it that far, to the extent that the bleed nipple will squirt at a fair rate, could it still be out dispite doing this?

yep thatis on there, wealso swapedin another one just in casethis was faulty.
-trying to check earthing points.
-seems that mine is somewhat different (colours, earthing points etc) out of the factory in comparison to some of the other examples i have seen on the internet and advice on here.

going to try and earth the ECU with a new cable and see if this does anything.

Try putting your old injectors back in to see if they squirt. (I assume you got nothing on the multiple primes?)

Still had the EGR valve fitted, bypassed that and now has fuel. Still need to find his spark so sent him off looking for the earth for the ignition amplifier as that seems to be AWOL.

The coil pack is earthier, traced it literally all the way back to a bot attached to the engine. Please help, I can't take much more of this!

Another one... did you at one moment turned the ignition key with the ECU not plugged on its connectors ?

May have done that... Can't be sure; all is still responding through the reader still, it's just the lack of a spark. We traced all earth points, next to try is voltage to the coil pack.

It can block the immobilizer, I saw that a few months ago on a VXT
Only solution was going to a dealer...
