Just had GEO reset at Guglielmi and thought I'd share my rebound rate and ride height settings.
Suspension type - Nitron Street Series
Front - Bump/rebound 24 (from max soft) - Height 115mm - Tyre pressure 22psi - Elise lowering suspension mounts
Rear - Bump/rebound 26 (from max soft) - Height 125mm - Tyre pressure 24psi - VX standard suspension mount
Tyres - Goodyear Eagle F1 all round (195/45/17 tyre means 8-9mm lower front ride height)
At this height the ride is still good and I would assume the lowering brackets have helped here - keeping a longer travel on the front.
It would be good for this (if others could add their settings also) to be a sticky topic maybe to help others when changing suspension - would give people a starting/reference point. Just a thought.

Would you mind telling me how much they charged please?
Your car there now or have you picked it up?

Lol DG I thought you'd sent me it by mistake. Will read it in more detail now

Sorry just saw this - £45 for geo as was already set earlier this year so was a small tweak I expect. Last time round was £140 + VAT

Prob need to book in anyway and worth noting they close earlier during winter, not sure what time tho'
Car feels great again and ride is good as opposed to a bit crashy (before) - only a few clicks from my previous settings.

Had my geo done by Steve a couple of years ago, and was the best 160 spent on the car. Now always take it to him. Will be getting the NSS fitted along with all new bushes next April with its annual service.
