Lightweight race battery, approx. 7 kg (saves about 4 kg over standard iirc). Higher cranking capacity than standard battery but only 17Ah charge compared with around 40Ah on stanard, so it will run flat much quicker if not used or kept charged via a battery charger/conditioner. I paid extra for the SAE terminal connectors, meaning it is plug and play fitment without requiring any modifications to the existing cabling or connectors. These simply screw into the battery connectors and replicate the shape of the standard battery terminals.

Same height as the standard battery so the existing top mount can be used, but it will need brackets on the base to hold it in place as it is about half the size. I used 3 alu l-shaped brackets attached to the undertray to secure it against forwards and sideways movement.

Fitted to my car for a couple of years and been stored since last year. Cost approx. £120 all in including the SAE battery terminals.

£40 if collected or £50 including postage.
