Anyone Else Got A Skytag?

By the looks of it, it looks far superior to a regular tracker in the way that it locates the car, and also zone setting (it is also a hell of a lot cheaper!!)

Not being funny but it's sounds like a real waste of money, fcuk all VX's get stolen. In the years I've been on the site i can recall 3 ( and one of those was misplaced
)
Good point, but if it was to help my insurance premiums then I would be tempted.

it'll be interesting to see if it makes a difference as i'd expect that as the probability of theft will be low therefore it shouldn't make much difference to the insurance company.
Now if it detected deisel then it would be a different mater.

do you need a tracker for your garage

Of course it lives in the garage. Why would I leave it on the drive if I've got a garage to park it in. It's been to two meets in the last three weeks? It's doing a Walshy day next week, and then two trackdays in the 3 weeks after that. Only reason it can't move today is that the middle third of the exhaust is currently sat in a cardboard box.
do you need a tracker for your garageas your car live there all year round
Unlike you, I don't want to sound like a Citroen Saxo VTR driving chav with a baked bean tin exhaust system on it.

You like it loud and you knew what you were getting - it's a Piper.you sold me the exhaust
so i was done again

I'd rather mine didn't wake up every pet in the neighbourhood whenever I fire up the car. Or, having every pedestrian in a town turning around to try and spot the supercar, only to be confronted by a shitty old Vauxhall with a 4-pot engine.

will it work in a shipping container on its way to albania?
I doubt it, but they will be able to track it globally so they will find out where it is once it lands.... We shall see. Maybe end up being a complete waste of time anyway!
