If you get stuck I have a set of standard wheels with tyres you can borrow. In Welwyn. Fronts are nearly new Bridgestones. Rears are nearly new but are budget Falken or something similar

I have removed the centre console on mine, broken into the wiring loom to find the small light blue cable with a grey stripe, if you strip this back and connect it to an earth point on the gear assembly through a rocker switch you can manually turn the fan on and off whenever you like. Don't cut the cable but maybe solder onto it and cover it with insulation tape afterwards to make it good.
