Today, OFfLOAD - the sex-by-text regulator - launched an investigation into the numerous 'C*ck is C*ck' complaints they have received against Txt4GayFun Ltd., claiming that several advertisements the company have run, are in fact grossly misleading. Txt4GayFun, a subsidiary of Ronny McD Corp, offers an introduction service, bringing gay men together via the text messaging facility on mobile 'phones. Adverts published by the organisation encourage men to text a number, and in return they receive 'introductions' to other men in their area. Several men however have complained to the service that they have texted the requisite number, but subsequently received no further contact from Txt4GayFun. These men were advised by the Customer Services advisors - to whom they complained - at Ronny McD Corp, that their details were not of interest to any existing customer of Txt4GayFun, and that they were not found to be in any way attractive to the service's 147,000 subscribed members. The complainants were told that it was due to this that they did not receive any further communication, even though they had been charged £103 per character for the initial text message. The men told 'The Daily Male' that they felt that such treatment was unfair, since it is their strong belief that 'c*ck is c*ck', and that physical attractiveness was incidental. They added that there was no indication in any advertisement that the service was subject to vetting from Txt4GayFun's extensive customer base, or that - despite paying the hefty bill for the initial text - there was the distinct possibility that they would be denied the opportunity to liaise with other homosexual men in their locality. The group have subsequently begun a High Court injunction against Ronny McD Corp citing discrimination, and breach of human rights. Despite numerous texts to Ronny McD Corp, the latter declined to comment to 'The Daily Male'. The investigation is ongoing. Readers who have suffered the same fate at the hands of Txt4GayFun should text a full-length photo of themselves to newsdesk@thedailymale.com for consideration.

A spokesman for Scotland Yard said they were aware of the reports but no investigation had been launched.

People do all the police work for them and they still CBA investigating FFS

Surely that means they wont mind somebody else paying the twats in question a "visit" then as they are obviously only interested in real crimes.

I realise they spent ages trying to find the owner etc... eventually finding the elise parked near by a few days later. As i understand it, the owner hasn't yet come forward. Has anyone thought maybe he doesn't want to be found or his car shown on the web!! Potential situation: WIFE: Darling, why is your car in the paper!! It shows it parked in London on Tuesday i thought you were on a meeting in Stockholm? Husband: Oh errr, umm, errr, yeah ahhh!!! Truly dear i haven't been knocking off a young Swedish blonde sort in London every time i tell you i'm going away on a business trip. Hmmm, i hope the above isn't the situation or the next headline may be "3 yobs wrecked my car, but SELOC wrecked my life" :groupjump: I so hope those three still need to be punished to the full extent of the law.

Hi Guys...

I'm a lurker in here from time to time, I'm also known as "Esprit" on SELOC / PH.

Somehow I don't think we can live up to the level of camaraderie and sleuthing that you boys (and girls) put together to shaft Imran over VXR16 (and rightly so!), but here's hoping we can make an example of these bloody idiots so much so that people pay our (and other) cars more respect...

... I'm doing all I can from New Zealand to nail these buggers, and I'm sure the PH/SELOC communities will do all they can from here :) Ain't the internet grand? :)

George.

Tusker / Esprit

thumbsup For all your good work in getting these wasters to justice. I just hope the police can get to the bottom of their investigation before the press ruin everything.

Good luck and thanks for looking after our little plastic cars :grouphug: thumbsup

Thats what i love about our police force, they called the irish 'tar and feathering 'barbaric' and said that if people had a problem - and they had enough evidence - then plod will persue/investigate it no matter what it may be!!

It comes as no suprise that they are not following up the Lotty case, they are fecking useless.
