Just taking the rear clam off and coming to the boot lock. I can see the two button heads to take out, but once removed how do I then take the lock out itself?

once the two M8 hex bolts are removed the lock is loose, simply pull it out from behind the foam heat shield all the way to the wheelarch, otherwise the clam will not come off

if you want to remove the lock, then undo the small bolt on the inner cable (think it's a 5.5mm head) and remove the complete cable.

Thanks Vocky - I couldn’t see it as I’ve got an extra sheet of heat proofing for the 4-1 manifold...
