I done mine in the winter outside - it encourages progress due to frozen digits and short daylight hours..

worth taking off so you can check under clam and great bolts etc is a easy job just remember to cable/fuses
from boot before lifting clam

I've only got a single garage to work in so it would be much easier with the clam off, and i can do a couple of other jobs, just trying to get an idea of how it compares to the front as i done that last winter.

Why can't garages just do work correctly?! First place to align the car gave it back to me with the wheel off-centre. Next place have really twisted one of the gaiters on the rack!
