Right, the company I buy the blank cards are at this web site - http://www.essentrasecurity-id.com/cards/printed-id-cards.htm
They also print the cards. The other company we use for graphics printing can be found at this web site - http://www.graphic-art.co.uk/membership-cards.html They also print cards.

Depends what you want to do to the photos, if it's minor adjustments (cropping, contrast, spot removal) then Lightroom is very good, any serious photo manipulation then Photoshop will always be the answer. If you're looking for something free try http://pixlr.com

On the starter. It engages the starter motor on the flywheel. Think it has a relay too somewhere.
