Shitty situation has forced the move that I'll not go into but just got the job move accepted which will start sometime in Jan. just the Mrs which needs to find a job now. Will look through the meets section for the Christmas bash and any other events coming up as I know fcuk all people up there so could use some .org love!

Starts with the question should there be comments in for sale threads? Give an opinion where you think there isn't an issue generally with comments because they may assist the seller/buyer & if there was a moderator would step in. Now with the last mod comment I understand it as you don't want comments? Then why ask the question? Make the rule seller totally responsible for post & only comments to be from prospective buyers. No point asking!

I you have a suitably banked bit of garden or the scope to make one you could construct a sort of drive on 'pier' to allow even better access to the underside.
