Rooted last night, 8hrs after opening the box at work! I was looking into CM10, gonna wait until an official JB release first I think. I've kept the standard ROM on for now and just rooted it so will take out the bloatware and see how I get on before custom romming...

At least now I have CWM I can nandroid backup anyway so it's easy to switch back and forth between ROMs.
