Am I right in saying the Vectra B discs are the same as ours?

That is for discs and standard mintex pads by the way. If you want mildly uprated Camskills are good for 1155s and discs. as a package.

yeah ive just had new 1144 pads put on earlier this month. I dont need new discs yet but they are looking abit worn so I will replace them with new shiny ones next month

always best to change your pads when changing the disks as I understand.
