Is it normal for the Z22SE NA to go through really quite a lot of 5W30? I think a thicker oil may be in order...

It seems if you drive like grandma its not much, but 6-7k and it seems to pour out on some engines. ECOTEC lumps are famously thirsty. Try 10w50

not had any problems with my 2.2's oil consumption but that reminds me I need to check it!
