Northampton Pit Crew strike again. Badge repair on a failed fog light bracket. Question, is a bracket replacement a clam off job?

I took my clam off to do mine, my nearside wheel arch liner was playing silly buggers, good chance to a clean too

Take headlight out as well to get to top of bracket and un bolt
