VXT alarm has suddenly decided to start bleeping on closure, is this normal? Or do I have a surprise after-market one fitted.

When you say on closure do you mean when you arm it? If so it means something isn't closed properly, or one of the sensors might be playing up

Ah ok... yeah the bleeping noise occurs around 20 seconds after closing. PSR had the clam off to change the rad so I assume that means a sensor has been knocked out of place in the process. Everything still locks via the fob and the alarm seems to be working.
