is having a ruff time of it. On top of car troubles, just woken up to a flooded kitchen. Of course the burst pipe is just the other side of the stop cock, in the most inaccessible place. What next :(

One bright side, if you had a water meter, boy would your bill be huge.

Tell me about it. The floor needs replacing as does the back of the cupboard but that's about it. Because I have DL's premium cover the cost of the water would have been covered anyway.
