Have you got a dyno plot of your new maps yet? Ideally a low torque spike one, I'd be intrquiged to see :)

Dad's Saab 900 ng has failed MOT on cracked bulkhead , now GM and Saab never considered this a safety issue , so why do VOSA?

common problem. Viggen rescue kit alleviates it. Still shouldn't have happened though
