Openreach don't know their arse from their elbow. Three different engineers, three different theories as to why my connection speed is 4.5 megs whereas next door is 32 (theoretically impossible because of the 2000 metre copper (and aluminium) cable run from the cabinet?e

Hits hit the news this morning stating they've failed the plan to make so much of th network faster? It may be costly, they may have investors to please with dividends but surely long term gains is better than short term? We have come a long way from dial up but the options to use faster & more stable connection appear to be moving faster than their ability to supply?
