Where do you buy the hub carrier-steering arm shims/ABS sensor brackets?

Where do you buy the hub carrier-steering arm shims/ABS sensor brackets?
I bought the sensor brackets from Lotus they were about £3 each if memory serves, Paul at Christopher Neils is a good chap and will sort you out. The camber shims we about £3.50 each from Lotus which I felt was a lot, so I went for this stainless steel car set from Elise Parts:
