What's the lead time on getting them produced and sent out? I'm leaving for Le Mans next Tuesday, so might be pushing it timing wise.

say we get all orders in by wed 12pm we would take delivery on thursday morning, items would be embroidered thurs pm and sent out friday am so should be fine 
could send everything to one person if your all meeting up?
