Foes anyone no how much a tullet exhaust will need,

Just got verified with our GB organisor:

When you order a kit from tullett for the large NA silenser, you will get 1.6 kilo of it.

When checking the content of our silenser with the online calculator, we ended up with 1.5 square meter, weiging about 1.5 kilo.

So tullett will send you just a little over.

As these rolls are not sold by the square meter, you need to recalculate based on the roll width the ebay guy is selling.

This is both for PTX and ZT-1

As our little groupbuy required quite some meters, we contacted the seller who sold us a large chunck, we cut up ourselves.

Would suggest you contact the seller, and explain what you want. See what he can do. (as he recuts it from a large roll himself probably)

Ok I've decided to go with PTX and see how I get on with that, They did say everything has a shelf life, If I get a couple of years out of it I will be happy If its anything less in going to try a mixture of the two. They didn't recommend ZT1 on its own because it dosent allow the whole silencer to do its job unless you get realy high temps, And the noise is the main reason I'm doing this in the first place.

I just asked it Tullet would repack mine but they said they were too busy!

They will sell the packing though:

If you do a number of track days we would recommend using a High temperature Acousta-fil packing which is good to 900c. You would need 1.6 kgs. The total cost including VAT and carriage would be £85.20. Currently I think you would have the standard Acousta-fil which we can also offer at a cost of £46.80. Both are in stock and generally available for dispatch within 24/48 hours.

I had that in and blew it to bits.  Now on my second lot that seems to be lasting better (probably because the car has hardly turned a wheel this year)
