Mike, How was the 4.17? Did you like it? Let's try & get a date in September, the weather's usually good then! Jimmy, Yes mate, you were cooking! Looking forward to some proper track day antics with you & the others. Dave, Sounds like you will get the fuel pump & CC sorted when you next upgrade. We need to do a Cadwell Park blast again, or better still have our National there next year... Andrew, Jimmy's right, you must take my car out next time we're at a track together so that you can see the light! You'd be uncatchable...

Nope, still not HD resolution. Just DVD quality. But, the bit rate for recording on the III is much improved over the earlier versions, so it wont have to compress each frame as much and quality will look better as a result.

Just looked at some dvr3 samples on youtube, and the gap between them and my 75 pounds hd cam is too big.
Is there any other vendor that sells kits like the mini dvr3 (remote display and start/stop) but with full HD that anybody know of?

i used a Contour HD GPS at anglesey and the quality on that was amazing even on a 42 plasma tv it was sharp was very impressed, i used to have a cheaper dogcam but that was rubbish as frame rate was to slow.
