if you use tint on the inside of the windscreen you dont have to worry about the wiper fouling the sun strip. thumbsup i had the same issue a few years ago but as i used tint you could look through and on the inside vosa ok'd it.

But for MOT purposes, you do have to worry about the swept area of the (full size) wiper covering the tinted area of the strip on the inside of the windscreen.

yeah they said that but the original wiper went way past the factory tint anyway so they had no argument.

Mine has a RC car style body clip and pin, are we saying it is a good idea to change the whole arm to the hook type? Is this just for more choice of blade?

I bought this and fitted it today...good quality...does require a bit of bending but nothing major

my car had a PIAA wiper fitted when I got it 4 years ago and its still going strong, expensive but works very well and seems to last very well
