Hong Kong is a bit of a trek for dinner, but I'll keep an eye out for similar and try the one on Shaftesbury avenue when next that way. Off to south Africa in Jan so should be able to find some suitably delicious meat there.

Why not take up astronomy, then at least you can make the most of those sleepless nights?

Bit myself twice last night tongue and inside lip - ouch!  Also waking at 04.30 (03.30 as was) with headache and sinuses killing me, remnants of a minor cold a week or so ago. :(  Sudafed must be the way to go.  However, some new tyres arrived today. :)

I prescribe melatonin and a small single malt at bed time.

Isn't Rohypnol your drug of choice normally Steve? Edit...so I googled Rohypnol and guess what: "Flunitrazepam, also known as Rohypnol among others, is an intermediate acting benzodiazepine used in some countries to treat severe insomnia" Well I never!

Can't sleep. Too excited for the hoon. Why does it make me like a child on Christmas Eve?! Then I worry I'll be too tired to drive and it makes it worse! Brains can be such assholes, why do they always have to be thinking?!

There was something on TV last night about insomnia & because I keep waking up at 4am too, I couldn't stay awake to watch it!
