I've seen the original ears in the mold they fit very tightly so they should be as good as OEM.

Brace that mould! I've seen a couple of the ear moulds warb quite badly after a couple of pulls. Thats why mine are in boards.

You can barely see the shape of the things TBH they just look like a big lump of wood haha. I'll have to grab a pic next time I'm over there. They have ace pattern makers.

Had mine made by a company who make bespoke rally car bodywork, was going to offer them on the forum but they are so busy once I,d got what I wanted I just couldn,t be bothered with trying to run a group buy. My one off cost me I think £800 but that included all the developement work and 50% of the moulds.
Plus its a limited market as std is fine for most, I did it as running a larger intercooler on off side and gearbox oil cooler and air intake on near side.

Good, nice to see someone do a proper job. Mine are mounted in 2ft x 1ft pieces of chipboard so dont move either.

Theres now a bit of confusion over weather they have enough mesh! I'm dropping some more off on Saturday so I might just have enough for this group buy this time. I'll see whats there Saturday and then let everyone know cheers.
