£399 is a heck of a lot to pay for a track day.

for the LoT day, if someone has a passenger seat and wants some company / navigator , I'll help with the costs. It would be nice to see the circuit and assess how to make a trip work.

Just seen this on SELOC, it appears there are folk the world over who want to ruin our fun  They still do not have the operating permission, just a building / construction permission. Some tree huggers and local pensioners teamed up to go to court to fight about the company using all the noise limits it is allowed to use..... We are all just awating the news on the discovery of a new type of mutated snail that needs to be protected. BTW the resort is build on the grouns of a former british ammunitions depot in the middle of nowhere with a few villages some 2-3km away. The is no business or job around that area whatsoever. Hence everybody who actually lives there does not need jobs. they want quiteness and someone else paying there pension. If possible far away as to not bother them. The arguments are about the "rich" and wannabe Schumies wanting to race., which is not ecological and not required for the pure continuation of earth's life, hence should be forbidden. Currently things are quite as all the tree huggers and pensioners jetted off to Mallorca and Marbella for vacation.....

Fcuk me, how sped up was the bit where he was driving off-tarmac? Either that or Bilster-berg are employing ex-WRC drivers as truck drivers. I'd be getting a bit nervous, if I was booked on for the trip.

Yep, saw that in yesterdays newsletter. Bit silly investing all of that money and not having some assurance that noise wasn't going to be a problem.

also some mention of the Le Mans date in August as part of the french frolic tour, tbh a back to back Le Mans Dijon would be an option
