My VX goes in for its first service shortly and asap after that its going to Regal for the stage 3 mods and possibly (if finances permit) the inlet mainfold too. I am tracking the car and read that at Castle Combe your Regal exhaust measured 97.5 Db which is within the limits set by all the UK tracks (I think). Somewhere else I read a note from Thorney that many tracks are likely to introduce a new max Db level of 95 and I seem to remember you were going to talk to Regal about this. Obviously I don't want to go ahead and mod the car and then find I've got problems keeping below the 95Db limit. Did anything come of the discussion with Regal? Alternatively, if I have the mods done and the car does exceed any new limits imposed, is there a way of muffling the exhaust to reduce the noise levels? Thanks Jim
