Wow, your's is the first engine that I've heard that sounds lumpy a bit like mine. What cam duration and lift profile do you have in there please?

I've modified my Splitter with an aluminium plate. The plate is made that it will protect the Splitter in the "Road version". On Track it can be a 5 cm Frontsplitter extension. 2012415215215 P1000274

I'm sure that I would like the grill also in black, but i don't want to have it in the mainstream way.

2.2 Turbo... Hmmm is it a VVT type? If I can sort my finances back out (ie Mel get a job) I fancy that route... SCs are now too popular and common. If I can afford it I want something mental

Steffen you're an animal!

Great vid, car looks very quick!

Thanks.
In the video the car wasn't fast like I want to have it.
For problems with intake air temperature I changed position of the airfilter,
but with the new airfilter system or better with the new inlet air pipe i lost 0,25 bar pressure
and i had only more and less 260 hp instead of 318!!
Today I will change the inlet air pipe which one we I will prepare this evening with a friend.

to understand it better: The airfilter bevor was near to the exaust and I had on track an IAT betwenn 65°C and 71°C bevor the turbo!

Now I have the airfilter back in the boot, but this means to use the original Dbilasturbo-kit flange because there is not so much space betwen turbo and water pump.

2.2 Turbo... Hmmm is it a VVT type?

It is the 2.2 Z22Se with a turbo kit from Dbilas, with some special specs like written in the first post.

After fixing the inlet pipe i made a test this weekend.
Without hardttop and Undertray and a WAES nozzle which is still to little, but I think isn't bad.
