I ended up opening out the slots to 10mm x 11mm to get the manifold to fit.

Mine has just arrived. Looks pretty good....and looks like the holes are already 10x11ish. Fortunately I'm not fitting it so I'll let someone else worry about that :)

Did yours fit OK Tommo? Is everyone taking their rear clam off to fit?

The manifold took a little bit of wriggling to get in place and one of the bolts onto the manifold stud had to be placed before I pushed the manifold all the way back because of clearance but otherwise has gone pretty well to be honest. Took my clam off in an evening so not as hard as I was expecting.

Just confirmed with my mechanic and he received the manifold today... he says they look awsome :) Thanks once again for organizing the group buy Cannot wait to have them installed in the car, along with the cams, 2.4 inlet, remap, injectors... :jump: Cheers

Anymore manifolds fitted this weekend?? Another member of z22se.co.uk had trouble with the bolt holes.

got mine fitted today, bit of feedback for Chris Tullett exhausts, lovely bit of kit but make the stud holes bigger! I had to mod all them but especially the top middle two and the bottom one for cylinder 1, hacked up the heat shield to make it fit over the middle two pipes, not pretty but it does the job i kind of lost patience after spending hours filing out the holes offering it up to the studs then filing a bit more, went out for a quick drive nothing really noticably different but i didnt really give it beans as waiting for the ecu to learn.

running with pre cat removedand 2" stainless cat back, and modded intake.

Well that was a struggle! Full system fitted over the weekend , didn't need to remove clam. Reused original heat shield goes on with a little modding. It's certainly quieter than the vse but not in a bad way. My arms are torn to shreds. Time for a beer.

I know I’m not part of the GB but thought I’d mention this because of the service received from everyone. I unfortunately missed out on the group buy but rang Andy at Chris Tullett anyway at the end of May and he let me have a Full 3” Turbo System with a 200 cpsi cat at the GB price. What a nice man!!!! Yesterday after just 5 weeks It arrived and those very nice people from AMD Tuning at Lakeside fitted it today (special thanks to Ian). It’s truly awesome and looking at it on the workshop floor before being fitted, it is a thing of beauty, very well made. One very happy chappy :D

Got the manifold fitted this week. According to my mechanic, it did fit perfectly and it is top quality. Now trying to find a tool to lock the cams and install the piper´s... Apparently nobody in Portugal has a suitable tool thumbsdown
