Proberly been covered before but just in case anybody
has the problem I had this weekend when I removed the
dash to recover it , even though I told my self to leave the
stater button alone , I tried to take it out and broke the bottom
off it , since I use the car daily I need to get sorted quick a visit
to maplins and I found this :-

A robust stainless steel switch that with alittle playing around
with fitted in the dash a treat and looks spot on all for £4.49
