Not for me either I'm afraid. I think it would look alot better if the dash top was black, such a big area of red makes my eyes bleed. Don't you find it reflects in the windscreen alot more?

Thought it might, but its not noticeable, as for the checker plate in the
foot well there only matts so could be taken out easy, saying that its
not a big job to alter the interior on the vx anyway, like ever one keeps
on its personal taste, sorry guys but always been a fan of red interiors :)

Brings back memories of my first interior thread lol, I've actually gone the opposite way lately and ive gone back to black doorcards and dash :) I appreciate the work but the chequer plating, red footrest and blue lighting is a tad to far for me. The dash etc doesnt look to bad.

Blue light has been removed that was a left over from the black interior,
not sure a check plate mats tbh just going to leave for time being see
how it goes as I have a feeling when wet they may just kill me!!!!

At least with the sticky-back plastic fitted interior of the VX it can be easily reversed for when you want to sell it.
