Here is mine. Custom one off black vxr interior courtesy of lotus motorsport. (pretty boring compared to some)


We share the same knob by the looks of it :D

Looking at getting an interior refit for my VX and quite like the look of yours, it looks like its been well fit

How is your handbrake boot/cover fitted to the centre console? I'm thinking of getting one made up is the figment the same as the lotus Elise? If I got a company to make me one for the lotus

Hi Bargi, they're secondhand Lotus 2-11 seats, more commonly available in black/yellow.

Don't come up often, so 2-11 drivers either don't crash or more likely don't drive often enough! :happy:

I'm going to have to take a hacksaw to my handbrake.....it won't dis-engage with the saddle on the console :(

I'm off to DTT tomorrow to have door panels retrim and carbon door handle surrounds fitted. Can't wait - my first vx mod! Want a momo gear nob and possiby some carbon sills next as my drivers side one is split

I've just spoke to dtt and apparently you've got to mod your centre console slightly so your handbrake will engage

I think he said that you need to make the hole bigger were your handbrake comes from in your centre console otherwise it won't engage if that makes sense?

Makes sense yes. I'm not looking forward to taking the fcuking thing off again though :( I think I may well be using the hacksaw after all. A lesson learned for DtT then.

Just updated my interior, curtsey of Dave the Trimmer. Of course nothing fits as well as the originals, so a lot of time spent on my front over the sills, getting the seat bolt holes to line up. My chest now feels like its taken ten rounds with Mike Tyson :D
Still have to wire in the heated seats, but waiting until the bruses on the front heal, before getting a crop on my back.
