That torch is one of the most impressive things I think I have ever seen.


And the lit cauldron is magnificent.
Its British creator, Thomas Heatherwick, is an industrial designer who has been described as the "Leonardo da Vinci of our times" by Sir Terence Conran.


I probably wouldn't go that far but by rights that torch should have been one massive cock up, but instead it was stunning.
