The poor old vx had some stiff competition yesterday, but held its own very well, the supercharged exige driver couldn't belive it was a 170bhp NA as he reckoned he couldn't keep up!
Atom has a special engine with over 700bhp/tonne, so my 200bhp/tonne was no match on the straights, but kept him honest through the twisties :-)

Exige was a real beauty, but was it worth £18k more than the VX?............ NAH!

And who had the most fun? errr, me i suspect!

It's a stretch of road in north Wales part of it is the A5 near cerrig which formes one part of the "triangle" the other part is past the llyn Bering lake and the other part links back down to the A5, we used it last weekend on the north Wales run :-)

the cerrig - ruthin road is a good 'un, oh and then there's the nant-y-garth from ruthin out towards wrexham oh and the denbigh to mold road.......all part of a good saturday morning blat!!!

Must admit the llanfestiniog to Bala road is probably the best one we use on the Welsh runs ;-D

Thats why I go at 6.30am, no police and just as importantly, no other road users!!!!

When I did the triangle I hit it at about 7am and was the only car on there. Deffenatly the safest time for that sort of a drive!
