I have a approx 70mm TB which was on my z20let ecu conversion my question is will it work on a z22se ecu loom which has had the plug to the 68tb conversion done? or not as the case may be
Just thinking of a cheap upgrade for someone?

no is the answer, not a straight swap, the loom plugs to the TB are different on the z22se/z20let loom haven't bothered to look at the wiring.

z20let tb has six wires, the z22se TB has eight wires.
I looked into this ages ago for Joe, they are not compatible.
