Nice list. Not aware of anyone else running a 60litre tank on the road?

The only items I would change are powder coating the wishbones (too prone to lifting) and the wishbone bushes. If performance is more important than NVH, fit Nitron, if not, keep to standard.

The time period os out of Liam's hands, depends upon Nitron, the paintshop and any other subbed parts.

There are 2 vxt 60 litre tanks out there inc this one ;) PA fitted the other and not sure who it is tbh

I didn't realise you were doing so much - I would say at least six weeks, but well worth the wait.

Rebuilt k04 vxr unti with bigger (k06) cold side compressor, uprated 360 thrust bearings and machine work to intake / exhaust side to improve flow. In my experiance good for another 20bhp over stock vxr k04 but a lot better at holding the power top end

I would save the extra and go for a Garrett if it was my car on decent standalone ;):P

4 - 5 weeks estimated. But given the lengthy list, something is bound to come up to make it into a Duncan :)

Wow, that's a huge spend. I guess there are lots of labour savings to be had by doing it all at once. Impressive none the less.

Imagine the holiday you could have for that cash. I think it'll prob cost as much than it would to buy another VX.

I have a degree in man maths and a PhD in Blokenomics and you are absolutely right there are lots of savings by doing it all at once (focus on the savings dw1, I keep telling myself) :D

Ive not long been down this route, so you will love it.... its just not the best time of year for a test drive....but just you wait till a lovely dry day!! you will have a smile from ear to ear!!

Hope it doesn't take too long but the cost will be worth it, as it will scared the crap out of you the first time you drive it! Start that learning curve again

I hope so.

Thanks for all the input guys.interesting to hear about the standard bushes rather than the (thats got me worried) and the KO6 but I have already bought those items, I'd sourced nearly all of the stage 4 parts before the car went it.

Have you gone for a k06 turbo instead of a k04? Edit just read the thread back and it looks like you've gone for the k04

Went for the K04, courtesy of the great MrSimba along with a number of his goodies that he was selling at the same time whilst he's been going down the extreme route! Whilst I considered the K06 it made sense to go for the 04 from a money saving perspective compared to shelling out for a new K06 and the K04 sounds good for my state of tune in conjunction with the other bits.

Or even an uprated ARB! :P

Makes the front end turn in so much faster and sharpens up the handling no end :)

Couple of hours labour to fit and then take your pick between EP / Lotus / Pilbeam :) A very worthwhile mod tho & if you really like a sharp responsive car a must IMHO thumbsup

Already bought the superpro kit, yikes. They claim it feels like OEM, hmm you've got me worried now. What kind of difference are we talking in terms of feel, does it make it boneshaking?

Only other thing I can think of is updated ARB

Got the Plans one when I got my Nitrons some years ago, they recommended the two go together. Even though it's adjustable I've never once adjusted it.
