You'll probably be waiting a while. Submitted my claim on the 28th of Dec and it's still showing as 'pending'.
I bought a Galaxy Note 10.1 under this cashback deal. £317 from Tesco plus clubcard points and minus the £50 cash back will make it a bargain at £267. I think Samsung are really trying to hammer Apple and up it's market share with this deal.

Was it an invoice or delivery note or order confirmation you sent? They were quite specific about it being an invoice you needed to send.
It was the receipt/ invoice I sent them.
