Nope, you can do it all through the bonnet. Battery out, undo the heater, slide it across, fit the new heater, replace the battery. There's a full guide in the guides section. Takes me about three hours, probably take four or five hours if you haven't done it before.

anybody thinking they don't want to spend 4 hours faffing I would recomend getting Fezz to fit it.. Its not hard, just lots of faffing

The more I see this masterpiece the more I want to get one ! However I am not sure to have the skills needed to put it in place and I am in Belgium...

Fitting really is very straight forward. Just follow the guide.

I'll have one, fitted please. Car is currently sat in storage with a very dead 8 year old battery & needs an MOT. Saw it yesterday for the first time in ages & spent 2 hours trying to get the old battery out, next visit, I'm taking something to cut cable ties! Steve

Shipping to Belgium is £40 using parcelforce - I welcome any suggestions of cheaper couriers!

That explains why you want one fitted - two hours to get a battery out equates to about 10 hours to do the whole thing! :P

So 360£ shipped to Belgium. I put on option on a LHD and give you confirmation over the week end if it is OK for you ?
