Looking at the pics, would suggest that 150/200lb helpers and spring to spring adapters is all you need.

Is it really necessary to shorten the mainsprings to mount the helpers? (I cant check because the NSS-Vx220 is not mine)

Spring rates are quoted by Nitron as 350lbs on the front and 450lbs on the rear.

Or the OP could just go for a softer main spring. You could still be massively uprated compared to std but softer than the kit springs.... And I am not willing to qualify this statement with anyone....... Off to hug a bear, Paul

Do you still have sufficient bump travel left at that height with those helpers? (although  I think the NSS has more total travel than f.i. an NTR...)

Where did you bought these helper springs? I don't get a answer back on my mails to Nitron about helper springs?

http://www.timms-aut....de/d/main.html the advantages of the helpers are the price incl alu-platform and that they are 8cm/2,5cm (nitron 6cm/3cm) the shorter springs are 5"/350 from uk dfaulknersprings.com
