You could always get one of these

plays dvd's , avi's , mp3 etc has played everthing I have thrown at it
also has sd card slot, usb in cable , you can also connect a reversing
cam.
I have only used it for mp3 but display is pretty good shows song
and album cover.

I'm still not seeing the appeal of having a TV display in a vx?

I suppose you could use it with the OBD2 and have gauges on the screen? My mate has a DVD player in his evo since he bought the car and never uses it other than boost gauges etc which looks pretty good

Perhaps its just me. But all I would want is some decent driving tunes. So I don't see the need for a display. We want to drive these cars when we're in them. Not watch Jeremy Kyle :closedeyes:

Can't remember the last time my head unit was even on... I even removed all the CDs from the VX. All coming out this year :D

The vx headunit is 100% in the wrong place, even for a normal set of functions let alone a proper display of stuff.
