Has anyone any experience of the Audi A2 1.4 TDi? Looking for something to replace my Fiesta and these cropped up as low tax band.

ERM don't think it does the older cars and couldn't see an option to search by tax band :(

hmm could have sworn it did. ah well. That would be a good filter for a website to search cars with. http://usedcars.what...4&MaxPrice=4000 might be a good start

Focus 1.6TDCi - think you could find one at about 57 reg privately for about that. I know mine is a 2008, but worth about £1500 - £2000 more on a '08 reg, and is in the £30pa tax band.

Mine has 60k on it, my Bro has a 55 reg (slightly higher CO2 and tax) with the same engine (without the DPF) with 70k that cost him pretty much bang on £4k a year and a bit ago.

I don't think A2's have aged well, seem to get even more electrical bits & bobs than your average 8-10 year old VAG product Citroen C1, Peugeot 107, Toyota Aygo? Clio diesels are also cheap road fund + Peugeot 207 HDi's
