So will a 3.1" pulley be an issue on a stage 2 or do I need to get a larger one - 3.35". Does 0.25" make that much difference (forgive me for the comments that may follow!) :) Cheers Paul

Yeah it does, and if you've got a decent exhaust system it'll push you into the danger zone for the rods. See if you can find Rally's post with what he got with his smaller pulley. Worst case CS can lower your engines rev limiter, but that can be annoying.

:yeahthat: Besides that, the increased boost will run you very close to the knock limit if not tuned properly...

How low would it be set? As low as base map?

So a 3.1" will be ok with standard internals and appropriately mapped?

Nooe The thing is though the map will be much better if its on a standard pulley. Pay courtenays to fit one

They suggested labour of £90-£150 to fit one, with me supplying!

It has a zzp modular hub which would need to come off and replace with a standard hub

I will speak with CS tomorrow and go from there. Just want to get the bits to finish and a 3.1 is available pre Easter. A 3.35 might not be :(
