Ok - spoke with CS, they say 3.1 pulley will be ok. :)

What kind of power would you be looking at for a 3.1 vs a 3.35, assuming a decent exhaust is fitted?

As far as I understand they will apply a suitable rev limit if it is pushing over 260 bhp. I'm running a standard TB and a full 2.5" Chris Tullett system - expect the TB will hold the power back a bit, so in my case 240 bhp ish. I understand the torque is better with the smaller pulley.
