Right so Dave will do a sub 1k Dave H manifold and full 3" Ti exhaust.... :poke:/>
Time to save some cash monies...

But a John is actually an infinite term. Like the lead time to the £200 unobtanium manifolds

The VX220 already has a relatively small / light exhuast system, so how much weight would this realistically save? Plus its hidden away...

Erm, I'll have some of that crack you've been smoking
Small, yes.
Light..... Really... I mean really.. it weighs almost as much as a VXT lmao.

That is what I was thinking, going by the Ti system on one of my bikes giving a 6kg weight drop, I'd say could save LOTS of weight.
Noise may be the biggest hurdle though, possible that the thin walled Ti may make it louder?!?
A light weight cooler running exhaust of the right design that isn't loud at the right price would sell rather well me thinks.

At some stage I need to go 3" so a Dave H Ti solution would be perfect
