Admittaly it needs some work but a little tlc will go along way!
I am good mates with Fred666 and id like to thank him for joining me today on the journey!
Btw...you may all hate this and think its only asking for trouble, (I respect the car and will spend a long time getting used to it before any hard driving) but....I'm only 20 years old
Any opinions are welcome.
Thanks

Welcome Craig, Good to see another Welsh VX,....... treat it with care for a good few months until you get more familiar with what it can do. I'll bet fred will be wanting a go to remind him of what he's missing! Good time to buy, just as the summer hits, Enjoy

Cheers Luca, Fred is very useful at times! :) I have a things I want to sort out before I start modding properly, eg. Seat bolster, drilled and groved break disks and a few paint bubbles. H1hwk- thanks, I'm really hoping to get maximum use out of it this summer. I will be driving like a granny for a while to get used to the non powered steering. Lol need arms like arnie to do full lock! Judderman-that would be great mate! I'd love to do that at some point. Need some practice with the car 1st though as I know it can kick out when cornering if not careful. Ill defo keep that in mind for the summer! Thanks for the welcoming. Really appreciated!

about 20 mins from Llandeilo if you pick up the A40 but heading to swansea is a great excuse to go via the A4069

Ordered some drilled and grooved discs yesterday so will hopefully get them fitted this weekend. Is there a 'how to thread' hiding somewhere explaining how to change the discs? Iv obviously used the search bar but can't find anything. :/ Also my ABS light came on last night! :( could this be due to the discs or will I need to check the sensor on the rear hub? Thanks

check your tire pressures, when i picked mine up it only had 12psi in the front and 16 in the rears, stearing was HEAVY.

you can jack the whole of one side up using the central jacking point, its inline with the door/vent area.

there are guides on here, but its not too difficult to do, had mine all off to do the front pistons and seals and paint the caliper.
