Yeah, Im only razzin y'all. Yellows look pretty mint, especially with a few trick bits here and there. Looks like that one is done up to the hilt :P

Yeah, they are a straightforward conversion and by all accounts Jack has done about half a dozen. By then, theyre a walk in the park. Theres a mahoosive flat spot when cold, but when its up to temp it'll be smooth as silk and bloody quick!

His last one was a well documented build with no expense spared. I assume he's built this one as the pictures are taken on the same drive, outside the same house. It's got all the bits you'd want on a SC vx and good suspension. Only thing I'd add would be a set of 16/17 wheel combo and get a set of good tyres to match. Just check that the chain has been done. Post 2002 cars did suffer with rattling chains after awhile.

okay cheers for the info guy the 16/17 set up work alot better yeah? i'm aware he's done a number of them now which is great and is what got me interested straight away. hopefully if the sale goes through on my car this week and everything seems good with this car i will have it next week! regarding tyres the set up on my car atm (astra vxr) is good year eagle f1's on the back and parada spec 2's on the front and this is really good but im thinking on a car like the vx take it to the next step. what are most guys running? tyres are very important to me and i know not everyone takes them as serious as they should(vxro forum seen plenty of threads )

Main reason is you have a greater choice in good tyres to fit. I would highly recommend getting some semi slicks like toyo r1r or federal rsr. It is one of the best things you can do for performance. The other reason is you have a better turn in with the 16" up front and also you can pick a set if TD wheels up for £450. Infact there's a group buy ATM with demontweeks.

Personally I can't tell the difference on the road with the 16/17 combo (my wheels arn't the lightest though) maybe it's my driving

You drive it?!

I'd say you need to be on the limit or driving hard to notice.
