These are alot of car for the money. Not perhaps considered in the same league as a TT but far more rare.

It's a good performance bargain to buy, however at 490 quid tax and 15-25mpg depending on driving style it will be quite costly to run and I imagine it will depreciate a fair bit. It seems from the 350/370 forum that you can spend 1-1.5k and get a sports exhaust that makes the V6 sound like it should and a remap which sees gains of about 20bhp/lbft. Takes it to about 350ish bhp total and 290ish lbft torque rallly

Assume you have signed up to the 350z-uk forum? Loads of traders on there can import you an exhaust hassle free (Invidia True Duals are looking good buys at the moment) as well as all the traders licensed to do the remaps (don't get a generic one from any tom dick or harry).

Yep, signed up and been browsing my options, Invidia looks like the best all round buy but I keep coming back to the Fast Intentions system which just looks superb.

Few weeks in now and it's going very well (apart from 86 quid only getting me 230 miles or so!!). Synchrorev is a really cool system both in spirited driving where it helps focus your attention on braking and cornering, and when just driving normally when it is always fun to drop a gear in town just for giggles.

Managed to get it a little out of its comfort zone as well and while it is sharp and grippy it can't fully diguise its weight, as JG said it's more of a GT than a pure sports car with a bit of muscle car dna in there as well.

Well it was a concept designed by the Japanese for the US market where corners don't really exist - they just happened to get a fair bit of traction with the 350z in the UK and ported it across. Have you driven the 350z? People who have gone from the 350 to the 370 have complained about the lack of sharpness in the 370 - maybe enquire about a better suspension setup and...

...how about this little upgrade http://www.stillen.c...tisupr07-99946/  rallly

Not driven a 350Z, never really got a buzz from them. From what I understand they are quite similar and as a weekend toy the 350Z is probably the best package, however as a daily the 370Z is much more refined and comfortable. 370Z also feels plenty sharp to me, and that's coming from the VX.

Supercharger is a bit premature at this stage!

Exhaust and remap was dependent on selling my sheddy laguna, unfortunately I got in to drive the Renault for the first time in a few weeks, took the handbrake off.... and the front suspension collapsed  . So looks like I'm going to have to save up to mod the Z now.
