A quick video 0 - 100. Pull off isnt great still getting used to clutch and its a bumpy private road. Does this seem about right for stage 4?

Yeah, looks like that was under 10s, a good launch would see 8-8.5s prolly 0-100

:yeahthat: although I don't think you have to redline it as the powers (going by the dyno) tails of before redline.Correct me if I'm wrong though?

Torque drops off but BHP doesnt and the higher you take it the higher up you will be in the next gear.

Agree with this, the smaller turbo runs out of puff at the top end

Sorry im meaning where the torque crosses over with the power? Is it not better to change gear where it crosses over (going by the dyno) or just after?

Aimy - the torque always crosses the power at the same exact point on every car. Such is the relationship between power and torque.

You are right in a way though...as mentioned the torque falls off by 5.5k with the tiny stock turbo.

The shift light is next to useless.

Not if you have your Torque measured in Nm ;)

Anyway you want to shift when the power not torque drops off and in most petrol cars this is at the redline.

Fuel wasn't as low as it looked, had it jacked up for some time before hand. Filled up now though :) why aren't you happy with your stage 4 lOrdMike?
