Yeah the car is in for mot tomorrow and I've asked them to try get the snapped stud out. Once that's done ill get it on a rolling road to see what's its actually running. I seem to be hitting 20 psi sometimes and then sitting at 18psi, sometimes it hits 18psi and sits at 16psi
Let me know what this is if you find out as its the exact same problem I am having.

Are you running an uprated intercooler or chargecooler lordmike?
