Hi,

Looking out for a few jobs on my new car...

The heater control knobs on my car are a bit stiff - is this an easy lube fix ?

very new to the car, any advise welcomed ( couldn't see anything on this in the how to section).

( I've a few other like the drivers window rattle - there are some posts on that tho, and a whistling soft top hood (tension/front rubber I'm guessing) -but leaving these until the winter).

thx

Paul.

If it is the hot to cold control that will be dieted on the flap in the heater box its self Foow the cable where it enterers the front bonnet under the wiper motor you will see it ends at the heater box Loads of wd 40 and work it loose is the answer

Yep you might have to or hope the other half has small hands 😃 Best to get someone working the heater end while you sit and wiggle the control knob A bit of grease on the end of the cable where it goes into the sleeve won't do any harm either
